Behavioral Health

Increased access and early intervention for behavioral health issues is a significant and longstanding community need.

We fund programs focused on a continuum of care that provide intensive, person-centered, multidisciplinary services using evidence-based screening, assessment, diagnostic, treatment and/ or prevention services.

The focus of this funding area is to:

  • Address gaps in current service
  • Integrate physical and mental health
  • Provide supportive and intensive case management services

Proposals may include programs addressing the mental health/chemical health needs of people with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders.

Individual grants awarded up to $50,000.
