Behavioral Health

Increased access and early intervention for behavioral health issues is a significant and longstanding community need.

We fund initiatives focused on a continuum of behavioral health programs that make it easier for people to receive a full range of medical and behavioral health services.

The focus of this funding area is to:

  • Address gaps in current service
  • Integrate physical and mental health
  • Provide supportive and intensive case management services
  • Address behavioral health needs identified by the Minnesota 10x10 Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) initiative

Proposals may include programs addressing the mental health/chemical health needs of people with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders.

Individual grants awarded up to $40,000.
