The Medica Foundation sets funding priorities in the first quarter of each calendar year. Funding is directed towards programs that demonstrate the potential for measurable improvement in the availability, access and quality of health care in the communities that we serve and that support the Foundation's mission and giving guidelines.
The Medica Foundation has two opportunities to apply for funding in 2013. Letters of Inquiry will be accepted during the identified timelines.
For a short description of each funding priority, the goals and funding amount ranges, view the 2013 funding priorities.
Cycle 1: Letters of Inquiry will be accepted from March 1 - April 19, 2013
Cycle 2: Letters of Inquiry will be accepted from May 1 - June 14, 2013
The Medica Foundation has an electronic application process. Letters of Inquiry are only accepted during the identified timelines. Applicants will be notified if a full proposal is requested. The overall process can take between four and six months. Apply now.
Measurement and Evaluation
A plan to measure and evaluate the impact of your project/program is a required component for all full proposals. Up to 10% of the total grant amount can be used for measurement and evaluation expenses incurred internally or for outside resources. If you have questions, please contact Foundation staff.
