Submission of a Full Proposal is by invitation only.
If your proposal is selected to move forward in the process, you will receive an email inviting you to submit a Full Grant Proposal. The email will provide you with the link to log in to your account and access the forms for submitting a Full Proposal. It will also include a timeline, due date and if there is any additional information requested by the Grant Review Committee.

The following items are required for all proposals. Please complete the forms, upload and submit them along with your Full Proposal.
The answers submitted in your initial application are sent back to you in the online system as your full proposal. You may edit the answers if there are changes or leave them as is. You may also use the budget form you submitted with the initial application. Be sure to update it, if needed, before uploading.
A Logic Model helps identify and prioritize the aspects of your program that are most critical for tracking and reporting on your grant. The logic model is meant to help develop the best course of action and provide benchmarks for measuring success.
The logic model should incorporate the measurable goals and/or outcomes that were identified in your Initial Application.

A grant Proposal Narrative must be included with each application. Proposal Narratives must be concise, limited to 5 pages and have a font size of 10 point or larger.

An Organization Budget must be submitted with your online application. There is no required format for the budget. If your organization is a government agency, please submit a document noting this status in lieu of the organization budget.
In your Full Proposal email invitation, you will receive a link to log in to your account and submit your Full Proposal. If you need help with your organization's account, your login or password, please contact us.
You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted. If you do not receive an email confirmation, verify that your application has moved from "In Progress Applications" to "Submitted Applications" in your account. You may also contact us for confirmation.
Technical assistance will be available until 1 p.m. on the deadline dates. No assistance will be available after this time. Applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on the deadline date.
