The Medica Foundation has a two-step, online application process. The process starts by submitting an Initial Application along with any required forms. Initial applications are not letters of intent or concept papers and are fairly detailed. Applications are only accepted during specific times each year.

Submission of a Full Proposal is by invitation only.
Organizations selected to move forward in the grant application process will be notified by email.
The email will contain information about the due date for the Full Proposal, required documents and any additional information about your project that has been requested by the Medica Foundation Grant Review Committee.
About completing a Full Proposal
Organizations that receive funding will be contacted by Foundation staff. Grant project dates, payment schedule and required grant reports will be discussed during the phone conversation. A grant agreement will also be sent confirming these details.
Organizations will be notified by letter if their project was not selected to receive funding. You are welcome to contact the Foundation to discuss why a project did not receive funding.
