Funding is available to organizations outside of the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area in Minnesota, as well as North Dakota, South Dakota and western Wisconsin.

Rural Health grants will be available in Nebraska and southwestern Iowa by invitation only.

Individual grants may be awarded up to $5,000
